Name/Nicknames:
Aster Padmore
Age/Birthdate:
Seventeen :: September 9th
Occupation/Education:
None :: Senior
Nationality/Religion:
British :: Deist
Hobbies/Talents:
Aster excels in the artistic, if admittedly nerdy, pursuits of life. Sketching or painting almost constantly at home, her father is loathe to put anything expensive in her room for fear of the paint and charcoal smears that already take residence on her furniture. Of course, like a typical teenage, Aster’s true talent lies in sleeping for obscenely long amounts of time.
Height/Weight:
5'6 :: 110 pounds
General Appearance:
Aster Padmore is the product of a health conscious up bringing. She was on the local swim team in her youth, rode horses as she got older and even did ballet here and there. Her five foot six physic is still relatively toned from the rigorous physical "abuse" her parents put her threw as a child so she would look like they did something.
By her own standards, she looks perfectly fine the way nature intended her to appear. She doesn’t obsessively dye her brown hair, nor attempt to straighten the curling mop. Rarely will anything more than eyeliner circle around her caramel colored eyes, she’s a minimalist at heart.
Never plagued with the teenage horror of acne, Aster doesn't have to go through hour long rituals to keep the healthy glow to her skin, pale as it is. And like some in Collingstead Ms. Padmore practically screams European with her looks. The subtle elegance, the near-almond shape of her eyes and the high cheekbones that years of cultural-intermarriage in America have dimmed down to a "mutt" breed. She carries herself like the purebreed she is, head high with that annoying air of confidence.

Smoke/Drink:
Yes :: Yes (her downfall)
Desired Clique:
Individualist or Indie.
Net-Worth:
5.5 Million Dollars
Family/Friends:
Michael Padmore, Plastic Surgeon, 46 [Father]
Julianne Marie-Padmore, Trial Lawyer, 40 [Mother]
Charline Padmore, Bitch, 12 [Sister]
Braxton Padmore, Accident, 19 [Brother]
Personality/History:
Aster is of the dominant variety personality wise. She'll push you around before you get a chance to do it to her, some call it bitchy she calls it shooting down anyones opprotunities. Although she does have a soft side, and god forbid you get intouch with that soft side because she'll get all emotional and clingy and it'll just be a mess. And no one likes messes. She will admit that she likes to live up to her namesake (Aster is old english for Star) and she loves the spot light.
Of course, most agree that personality is half genetics and half child-rearing on the part of the parents. The cause of Aster’s pushy behavior? Well like most well off parents with busy schedules the temptation to live out their lives through their children sometimes is a subconscious desire and even when Aster was little she didn’t like to be used.
At first everything was copacetic in their London penthouse. Aster was one of those cute little girls that holds fashion shows in her mothers clothing, and she was even close with her older brother. Sibling rivalry? Psht, not when your family is worth millions and you could both potentially have a house of your own at the age of 5.
But all bliss dies, don’t we all know that. Julianne Marie-Padmore was no longer the doting wife she used to be. Bogged down with the demands of her job and the birth of her third child Mrs. Padmore was diagnosed with Post-Partum depression. Of course it seemed to effect the people with thinking minds more than the little pink baby. As Aster and her brother grew apart from her mother, who had begun accusing her brother of obscene things from prostitution to drug habits, Charline was growing up in the hands of doting nannies.
A little bit of change was to quell the family fire when Aster was at the start of her teenage years. Her father moved the family out to New York with the boom in Plastic Surgery in America, and her mother dimly went along requesting a transfer to a prominent law firm in New York where she is now working under the District Attorney.
But still to this day, with Braxton in college as far away from his mother he could get (England), the family has an uneasy alliance with eachother. Aster barely acknowleding her mother and picking her father's side with everything, and both parents gradually starting to spend more and more time at work then at home.
Hometown:
London, England
Marital Status:
Single
Role Play Sample:
Aster stared dimly at the cigarette held loosely between her fingers, watching the red rim around the paper burn down as her cigarette slowly turned into one long, cylindrical ash. She could barely make out the sound of Martha Stewart from the television in the living room beneath her own, sitting on her bed she began to concoct an image of what she presumed (fairly accurately) to be happening below her.
Her mother was absorbed in the annoying, overly happy, voice of Martha Stewart as she oozed out ways to decorate your home or make some turkey or kill your neighbor. It wouldn’t matter what she said as long as she was the one saying it. Her sister was off somewhere arguing with the poor maid about how her sheets weren’t folded with the exact pleat she wanted.
It was a shame really, Aster liked the maid far too much to have her be forced to clean her room. The poor woman would die if she saw all that paint on her duvet cover.
Tapping the ash off her cigarette, left with little more than excuse for lung cancer, Aster glanced with little thought outside. It was nice, she’d just moved here, what better than to take a look around. Popping said cigarette back into her mouth, she bounded down the stairs only barely conscious of her mother’s drugged-sounding “where are you going”. It was so accusatory in it’s airyness.
She hated her mother’s voice.
